      Some Good Points and Some Bad Points!

      Pros

      Great Associates and Benefits, great working environment. Most associates really care about what they do, and doing the right thing. There is opportunity to learn new skills.

      Cons

      Sr. Management doesn't always walk the talk, I'm all for change, but change is constant to the extent that management doesn't know if they last change worked before they make the next one. Creates an environment of uncertainty.

      Home Based Agents - Not a Good Fit for Most People

      Pros

      The company does provide a good training platform for people and the trainers are great, downside is the reality of what happens once you go live and try to meet their expectations.

      Cons

      The incentive program (in addition to your hourly wage) is developed and skewed in order for poeple to NOT meet their minimums, thus the company doesn't have to pay out incentives. Also the company does not provide a venue for customers (actual contact with people) to provide their individual comments or opinions on your service.

      Great for the most part, but very bad over the past 10 months

      Pros

      Benefits and the opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Senior Directors and VPs don't have a clue about how to effectively run teams or their areas of responsibility. HR takes the side of poor performers that complain--and they are protected. And there are so many mysterious departures with corporate messages that try to thank them for having worked there. We can easily read between the lines here especially when people talk behind the scenes.
