      Working with really nice people, excellent training is provided and supervisors are always here to help Decent pay for this type of job and really helpful as a part-time if you have other endeavours

      Cons

      Some of the clients can be difficult as in any client based role Doesn't seem to be much room for any real career progression, but again that's not why I'm there

      benefits used to be good

      Cons

      They should be called Sitel, that is who takes all the calls for choice hotels now. They have sold all reservation calls and CP member calls to Sitel a huge call center with centers all over the world. Still answer the phone with "thanks for calling Choice Hotels" though, what a joke.
