      Pros

      Great people that care about the company and the hotels they support.

      Cons

      Senior leadership works in silos, thus this practice funnels down through each organization. This practice has created an unhealthy and sometimes toxic work environment.

      Pros

      Relaxed dress code and mostly good co-workers

      Cons

      Leadership that is Director or above don't really care about you. If they did, they would be more open to allowing permanent telecommute anywhere in the contiguous US but instead force you to come in 3 days a week even though most of the IT jobs can be done anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Team managers are more empathetic to their teams but can't do much to make them happy with having their hands tied by ridiculous HR policies.
