Pros
Best thing I can say is the paid leave policy is generous compared to what others have told me about their employers. Vacations are rarely denied and the teams all work really well to cover for people when they are away.
Cons
Leadership tries to be progressive and stagnant at the same time. They brag about forward thinking and other platitudes but act in a way that shutters any real chance at futurism. Worst of all is probably that they crippled merit increases back in 2006 in the name of protecting the company during the downturn. However, after surviving handily and turning record revenues and profits every since, the compensation increases have yet to return to normal. Management has also received substantial bonuses while lying about meeting performance goals to the board.
