      Pros

      If you are interested in upscale Hospitality, it is a great place to start. I would not recommend it as a career path, however, there are select opportunities present,

      Cons

      I think that with all of the competition out there, (Hilton, Marriott) Choice should upgrade their brand image. Especially the Comfort brand. It can be updated and still affordable.

      Pros

      Decent health insurance. Some opportunity for overtime if you want it. No layoffs yet but with all of the outsourcing it is only a matter of time.

      Cons

      The company is outsourcing a lot of duties to foreign countries. The agents in these foreign countries are constantly screwing things up and we have to fix it and get yelled at by the customer. Management is constantly coming up with "great ideas" of how to run the place better but they don't listen to their employees' input and the plans almost never work. Replacing our perfectly good phone system with one that is inferior is a good example of this. A lot of the time they don't even go through with these "improvements" so it's hard to predict what work will be like in a month or a year.

      Pros

      Interesting business model which allows you to work in several different fields. They recruit from within and try to create a culture of inclusion and diversity.

      Cons

      The company is always changing directions. Senior management is shifted around and projects with many hours already invested are abandoned. Many senior manager have left leaving one to feel the company is very instable.
