Able to make decisions with out being afraid to fail, always positive and growth opportunities.

Cons

If you do not like fast pace environment or are too corporate with out being able to make decisions on the fly this is not the company for you.

Chop't definitely lives by its motto. Better is better. Great people are brought into the company and trained well. Hard work and passion are recognized and rewarded. Employees are treated with respect and encouraged to keep growing.

Cons

A 401K should be added onto the benefits package offered to management.
