      - Decent Comp - Lots of opportunity for career growth - Good benefits

      Cons

      - Managers were hired for being good at their jobs, not because they seem to be good people managers. A lot of them are new though, with the rapid growth. - Horrific data management and sliding backwards on data tools and efficiencies.
