Very diverse. There are people from all walks of life and all levels of the company. All positions and departments are treated equally. At ChowNow, it doesn't feel like anyone department or person is at the top of the food chain. Not even the CEO. This is a well-run team and everyone plays their position while respecting that others play theirs.
