Some of the nicest people I have ever worked with. Mindful of work life balance.

Cons

Lack of growth and clear leadership. Been around for over 12 years but still very much a startup. Missed its window of opportunity in pandemic.

Just did another round of layoffs even though last town how we were told we were "starting to win" Goals and KPI's change constantly, continue to be more and more unattainable Product is not keeping up with the competition, but we continue to add more fees for clients and customers to pay, trying to keep the company afloat Same people at the top continue to get promotions while everyone under them has a pause on merit increases and has to take on more and more work and pick up slack from coworkers who get laid off Temporary heads of the business claim employee morale is going up which is so completely tone deaf and NOT TRUE
