Leadership is not transparent. The company tackles too many ”strategic initiatives” at once and has an inability to focus on any goals or long-term vision. The company ethos is supposed to favor independent restaurants, but every action pushed on the customer is about what’s best for the business (vs. solving a customer need). 5 layoffs within the last 2 years makes it feel like a sinking ship so best to avoid.
