      Pros

      The company is clearly on the right path and has been for awhile. Working for a fast growing company is fun and provides a lot of opportunities. It also forces everyone to take ownership of their work, which is rewarding. Another BIG plus is the team. The bond among employees is insanely tight. It's a really special place to work. Lots of friendships have been made at the office.

      Cons

      As with any fast growing company there are things that constantly need to be figured out for the first time - processes, product launches, org charts, etc. This can be challenging, especially when resources are in short supply. This was more of an issue a couple years ago, the company has come along way and has more resources than ever before.

      Pros

      Management is super friendly and helpful, rather than micromanaging like most other corporate jobs. You really feel a sense of freedom here to get your work done. Everyone is so passionate and positive, which makes it really easy to stay motivated. Everyone sincerely cares about each other here and it is actually fun to come to work! Besides that - unlimited PTO, great medical, dental, etc. benefits, awesome affinity programs/clubs, fun company events, stellar bonus pay/rewards if you meet your goals, and so much more!

      Cons

      Salary is always a little lower than desired when working for a startup - but that's not necessarily a con here. They are very transparent about career pathways and how you can reach the next salary level. Also, it's easy to see that the success of this company keeps getting greater and greater - so again, they make it easy to stay motivated and goal-oriented.

      Pros

      -The amazing team, everybody is always willing to help and teach and everyone is extremely passionate -Great perks (unlimited time off, car allowance, phone allowance, snacks, coffee on tap etc) -good pay -management is not down your throat -what your selling is truly helping restaurant owners

      Cons

      Honestly, I cannot think of anything. This company has come a long way in the last couple years and is growing rapidly, some growing pains may incur but they are doing a nice job of not allowing that to happen.
