Unrealistic KPI's Underpaid per industry standard A food ordering tool that doesn't sponsor a lunch every now and then? Come on! Tribalism (not my words, Chris Webb the CEO) No real "path" to promotion.

Great work environment, wonderful culture and employees, good benefits that also extend to mental health and wellbeing, mission statement is admirable. Overall it is a great place to be a part of and I have truly enjoyed the work that I do and people I have met along the way. I love helping restaurants thrive!

Cons

Company is going through a lot of growing pains. It is all normal and will eventually settle, but it can be somewhat frustrating watching things change multiple times and it feels the company is often trying to just figure it out as they go. Again, very normal in a growing company so it is just something to note.
