Pros
The culture of caring and friendship are deep at ChowNow. It was the best experience I have had in my career from a co-worker stance.
Cons
ChowNow's mission is incredible and pulls people in. However, we moved at a slower pace than most in a very competitive space. Innovation was difficult due to playing catch up in the industry. I will say that I left during a somewhat substantial cultural shift and, from an outside view, it seems like they have increased their pace and made some incredible hires. All this to say, I'm still a fan of the company and the people behind it.
