Pros

It’s the first positive and truly collaborative sales environment I’ve ever experienced. Leadership believes it making things as equitable as possible for the reps. For example, they’ve announced a round robin method for inbound leads which gives everyone a fair shake. I feel supported by leadership, and set up for success. This is a product that I actually believe can help the people I speak with, which is an awesome feeling. There’s also a generous commission structure! Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience so far!

Cons

The starting base salary is a little low, but there’s an opportunity to make up for it through the commission structure.

The people are super nice, competitive pay, good work life balance, and it is fully remote!

Cons

The only con I can say is the 401K match is pretty bad and takes 1 full year till you can start being matched. This definitely needs to be improved, but other than that it is a great place to work.
