      Remote I have to put in 5 words so I’m added this sentence because there are no other pros.

      Cons

      No real transparency. No clear direction for the company or the department. Partnerships are not really solidified. Customer service can be stressful, this company adds a layer of stress that can mess with your mental health. Leads and managers need training. Systems are often hinder being able to do your job. A lot of people are faking it until they make it. Don’t work here or disclose to management, if you have religious beliefs.

      Pros

      This is a rapidly growing organization that is adapting very well. Throughout the growth the company has been focused on improving areas that need it and it is making the company better in the long run. They have been able to create a strong team culture that is better than any other company I have worked at. There are many benefits and extra perks that incentivize team members as well. This is a great place to start your career or if you are looking to transition to a rapidly growing industry. Many new roles opening up as a result of the growth as well.

      Cons

      If the idea of change scares you, this may not be a good fit. You have to be adaptable, especially if looking into sales roles. Companies growing at this pace have to change in order to improve systems and processes and ChowNow is not hesitant to test out new things.
