Pros

Great work environment, wonderful culture and employees, good benefits that also extend to mental health and wellbeing, mission statement is admirable. Overall it is a great place to be a part of and I have truly enjoyed the work that I do and people I have met along the way. I love helping restaurants thrive!

Cons

Company is going through a lot of growing pains. It is all normal and will eventually settle, but it can be somewhat frustrating watching things change multiple times and it feels the company is often trying to just figure it out as they go. Again, very normal in a growing company so it is just something to note.

Company does a great job of having a good culture. The pay is below average of other platform companies in the OLO space. Worked remote, but company flew out everyone once a year for a company holiday party.

Cons

Remote work, manager at the time was very militant, not much room for advancement to an AE position as a BDR.. it took people sometimes over a year!

-Everything from work life balance to the benefits is top notch. -Above average salary and commission set up. -Many opportunities for growth inside the company

Cons

-It’s difficult to get hired in but only because turn over is rare. Which is also a pro.
