From the entertaining, informative on-boarding process, to the insanely thorough, but fun, training process, to actually working here, ChowNow can't be topped. Every single employee is so stoked to be at work, and happy to help at every turn. They have great benefits (super low insurance cost and unlimited PTO!), group activities, bean bags chairs, free coffee and snacks. I repeat, free coffee! I haven't been with this company a year yet, but I still haven't had a negative experience. It's a happy, supportive culture with an exec and HR team who check in to see what they can do better and ensure their employees are happy. This in turn makes our clients happy and our business successful. I can't say enough about ChowNow. If you have the opportunity to work here, take it and hold it close. You won't regret it.
Cons
They have amazing benefits, but lack matching HSA and 401K contributions. However, it's a growing company, and their benefits package keeps growing. So, I don't know how long this will be a con for.
