      Pros

      Work from home. Incredibly easy job and lots of helpful staff and coworkers.

      Cons

      Very monotonous. Same thing everyday. No commission. You can be a top up seller and they are never satisfied. It was a seasonal job and we weren’t told whether or not we were staying on until two days before the scheduled last day. They offered a generous Christmas bonus of $50.

      Pros

      Company as a whole has a very understanding attitude. There are many multi generational families that work at the company, and overall there is a very family-friendly attitude. Paid time off is good, and you are expected and encouraged to use it.

      Cons

      Advancement is definitely possible as the company promotes from within, but opportunities for it are not very frequent. Salaries are not as competitive as some in the area.
