      Pros

      For entry level work, fair pay and fair management. Company felt inclusive and accepting. Many procedures were easy to learn. Upselling encouraged, but not commission-based. Seasonal employees treated the same as others, felt in-the-loop when it comes to company well-being and decisions.

      Cons

      Customer service training is lacking. Not much opportunity to socialize. Hard to stay beyond the busy season.

      Pros

      I like the way the whole operation of the warehouse is run. Everything lives and breathes on a bar code. Very helpful co-workers and knowledgeable management team.

      Cons

      During the busy season, namely the Christmas holiday season, it can be quite busy. But after the holidays, business slows down dramatically.
