Pros

You get to work with some really talented people. These people know their stuff and are extremely talented. If you don't get frustrated with some of the pettiness and can stick it out, you can learn a lot.

Cons

It can be petty and somewhat unprofessional at times, but that can be true for any job. Didn't seem like their was a lot of opportunity for growth within the company. If you were good at your job, they didn't want you to move up.

Dynamic culture Constant change - no room for boredom Working with the actual products Putting a smile on a consumers face - confidence Teaching customers about how to use the different products, learning, and feeling quite happy knowing that they are walking out of your counter feeling tenfold more confident and happier about themselves Showing women how little it takes to make them look beautiful Challenging! - definately not for the faint hearted

Dior is a luxury brand, the affordability of the products and convincing a consumer to purchase it against current economic conditions proved to be very challenging & stressful
