      Pros

      Tuition assistance, flexible for students, pay is higher then most entry level positions, increased communication and computer skills, yearly increase in pay, bonuses.

      Cons

      Management is hard to find, under staffed in areas, hard remove bad employees, parking is hard to find, hospital inside appears dated, allowing visitors at anytime seems unsafe and rude to patients

      Pros

      work life balance, deadlines are negotiable, management won't bother you. There are many internal opportunities to transfer to other roles

      Cons

      If you come into the organization underpaid you will continue to be underpaid during your time at Christiana. There is no mentor ship program and many of the senior people in IT have outdated skills and they are desperately trying to hang on to them.
