      Pros

      Access to amazing artwork, it is an old and established brand name, resume booster

      Cons

      People don't leave jobs, people leave people. Huge amounts of disrespect between departments. Management is incredibly out of touch with their lower level employees. Was once told to "go call the client and tell them how incompetent Christie's is". Basically, I was consistently astonished by the inefficiency and disrespect that happens everyday. Also, everyone is severely underpaid.

      I am responsible for the full range of benefits and therefore the work is never boring. Also, I am involved in global benefits

      Not enough support for the role. Greater than 30% turnover in HR.

Being in HR we suggest that you speak with your local ‘HR for HR’ representative, hopefully they can address your concerns, as you say you enjoy the scope of your work and it’s not boring.
