      An intense but interesting place to work

      Pros

      You are surrounded by passionate experts in their field. You see art and objects up close that most people will never see in their lifetime. There is investment in employees in terms of benefits, like great health insurance and yearly well being allowances.

      Cons

      It can be a very intense and sometimes threatening place to work. Because there is often a lot of money on the line and wealthy clients involved, employees can be treated badly and hours can be unreasonably long. Often the pay is not very good especially considering the stress.
