      Pros

      Good work environment and supportive team. Opportunities to learn and grow. Stable company with interesting projects.

      Cons

      Salary may not be the highest compared to some competitors. Like any company, there can be occasional communication or process issues. For me, Christman is a good place to work because it aligns with my priorities. The salary is not exceptionally high, but it is fair for my needs. No workplace is perfect, but my experience has been positive overall.

      Decent insurance benefits. Flexible with appointments. ESOP

      Cons

      Brutal workload. Little to no help or guidance from managers. High turnover but not recorded because they hire and fire Actalent employees. Expectations to work 10+ hours a day and rotating weekends.

      Pros

      Small company feel. Some very talented field personnel. Great place to get your foot in the door. Good starting point for recent graduates.

      Cons

      Employee compensation is significantly below what other companies in the area pay. Leadership is often lacking or disengaged. Reliance on underperforming temporary employees to fill staffing positions, protect profits, and employee benefits. Not an ideal system.
