Pros
The teams are very communicative and the discussions are always fruitful. I ,as an intern, had the pleasure to work with a lot of smart people which certainly gave me the required career boost along with an intellectual leap in terms of problem solving and troubleshooting. Very flexible hours and interesting problem statements.
Cons
None One tiny nudge could be that its not very well known since in India insurance isnt much prevalent
