Pros

Company offers hybrid work week which provides good work/life balance. Also, good benefits and management is fair from what I've experienced. The UA staff workload can be unreasonable to maintain with the number of UW they are required to support.

Cons

Technology is outdated which slows processing for quotes. The company need to spend money to improve their technology and update their offices to attract new talent. They moving in that direction but not fast enough.
