Chubb has good benefits with 401K and matching funds. New combined organization appears to have opportunities if you are willing to move laterally
Cons
Career development within IT has traditionally been a weakness for ACE. New tools are being utilized post acquisition, but it remains to be seen if they will help. Significant salary disparities between legacy ACE and Chubb employees in similar roles is problematic.
