      Pros

      Stable, no overtime, work-life balance. Apply here once you're more experienced. Get higher compensation with slower pace here. Most people work here for at least a few years.

      Cons

      Bonuses are one of the most least compared to other Insurance companies.

      Pros

      Nice benefits, fair pay, company outings and team building activities, hybrid work schedule, and a lot of extra perks from being in a large company (employee discount site for example)

      Cons

      You don’t always have clear directions and requirements. Also your work isn’t always implemented and doing a lot of iterations on the same problem isn’t uncommon.
