Pros

It’s a job if you are desperate

Cons

Poor raises and bonuses since ACE took over. legacy Chubb was very people focused and this new Chubb is completely opposite. ACE spun off AIG and is run just like AIG. Rudeness and bullying is the norm now.

Pros

Good learning experience, a lot of possibilities for cool projects

Cons

- 20 day notice to return to office - Only 1 day a week WFH — no flexibility - Old management styles - Lots of outsourcing Other companies are being smart and allowing tech workers to continue to WFH AT LEAST 2-3 days a week. Several employees are planning on leaving due to the lack of flexibility. This is 2021 — Chubb needs to understand that if your profit is high and productivity is high, there is no reason to bring people back to the office
