      Great company if you like change

      Pros

      For a huge company the size/scale of it's ambition to re-invent/improve/transform and the pace it wants to do that kind of transformation in is impressive meaning there is a lot of interesting projects to work on

      Cons

      Large scale change transformation is hard and once one program is complete the next one has already started. This can wear employees down and so there are certainly disenchanted people

      Greatest place if you are with the right team, lots of social and amazing support but depends on the manager of the team, not every team has the same atmosphere

      Cons

      There are teams where the corporate feeling is stronger and there is just not spark within it, nor that the management cares about improving the environment neither.
