      Pros

      Chubb was a great place to work with flexible work arrangements, quality people, diversity and a decent wage.

      Cons

      Ace culture is prevailing. All senior women have left or been forced out. No incoming diversity from Ace. Uncertain future ahead as all the small people are leaving.

      Pros

      Dynamic place that gets things done. Rewards people who fit the can do attitude. Trying to take the best from both companies but maybe not successfully. Pleasant enough office space and flexibility to work provided you achieve your goals.

      Cons

      Integration feels more like a takeover than a merger despite what might be said. Will Ace get the benefits? Work life balance is suffering and people starting to get burnt out. Company and Lloyds business could be combined better.
