      Pros

      Good benefits, solid company, great coworkers with high ethical standards. Good 401k and fund selection.

      Cons

      Change is on the horizon, even though CEO says he will not change what Chubb has been known for in the industry. Changes are coming and not for the better for policyholders or employees. Poor work/life balance!

      Pros

      Great company, great people and management. Good pay, benefits, and strong bonus.

      Cons

      Sad to see Chubb be acquired by Ace. No other carrier values their employees like Chubb. You can see that in the short time the acquisition finalized. Once known as the Cadillac of insurance carriers will likely turn into the Ford of insurance carriers.

      Pros

      Initially had great work life ! Amazing people with great culture and moral! Previously great management! Salary and bonus was fair ! Can work from home and enjoy Flexi time off.

      Cons

      After the acquisition the employee morales were horrible, everyone would be worried about their job. I saw many great staff left or made redundant. Some of the goals or aims are too unrealistic and which resulted in long hours for employees! I do not see the new Chubb taking any good of the legacy Chubb. New managements are extremely focused on numbers now!
