Pros
The Chubb history is long and proud, not only for its financial results, but because of its treatment of its customers and employees. One of the main items that set Chubb apart was treatment of employees - total compensation package, work life balance, office space and working conditions. Unfortunately that tradition may not continue due to the ACE acquisition as treatment of employees may be reduced to the ACE level - thus, will no longer attract the best talent, produce the best products, provide the best claims service, etc........
Cons
Conditions after ACE acquisition may not be on par with Chubb prior to acquisition.
