Pros
Chubb offers security and a family feel despite it being a large corporation. There is a clear structure and process in every thing you do.
Cons
Pay is poor despite high demands, senior jobs are hard to come by as staff tend to stay for a long period especially in managerial roles, the rules and processes can sometimes be a hindrance when immediate changes are required.
