      Pros

      Excellent company with lots of opportunity to progress for permanent staff members who show initiative. Nice environments and working conditions with people always will to help other achieve collective goals.

      Cons

      Run a lean operation and the expectation is for people to take on additional work and new challenges, however this is usually on top to the "day job". This is fine if you want to progress just be carful you don't become a dumping ground for everyone else, know your limits and learn to say no and push back.
