      Excellent learning opportunity in a corporate environment

      Pros

      Good benefits, generally good and supportive management. Generally generous vacation policy and personal days off policy. Given time and the willingness to relocate, promotion opportunities are there.

      Cons

      Promotion can be difficult if you are unwilling or unable to relocate. In general, they have a very reserved and conservative style of management, so may be 'boring' so to speak for some.

      Pros

      Good working peers, but most have left. If you like challenge, this is a place where you can measure how much you could bear.

      Cons

      If you are capable, expect to overwork yourself. Do not expect timeoff or good monetary returns for being overworked, there isn't much difference with those who hardly have anything to do, some may even beat you.
