      Pros

      I love the Chubb foundation and it's charitable works.

      Cons

      No life outside of work due to work load. Annual salary reviews are unfair. Amount of work and quality does not matter, it all depends on what they want to give to you. Manager seems to make things up just to give a lower salary increase. Seems only my direct manager knows what I do, above him they do not know how hard I work.

      Good PTO and god training program

      Cons

      Very low pay compared to industry average. If you are not your managers favorite, just forget it because you wont get anywhere. Over worked. You do the job of two people.
