Very fast paced and computer systems/operations are subpar

I newly joined this company and was not aware of management, so if even after being good performer my lead considered me as a treat so when there was year end review he highlighted one small mistake I have done in past 6 months which resulted in increase of probation by 1 month even after being good performer so by scared of lossing a job I dropped a paper and after doing that my senior manager said we just increased ur probation by 1 month was not going to do anything u would have been permanent after that. Because of this notorious behaviour I paid back my whole joining bonus which was a lot cause I dropped my papers in notice period. If you join HYD office just remember it has telagu culture recommended to join banglore office which has mix people.
