      Chubb's internal data systems and data tables are a hot mess ever since the Chubb and Ace merge. They fired all their IT people and outsourced everyone to India. The Ace and Chubb data systems and sources were never merged properly and it's been 10 years since the merge. It's impossible to do anything useful or get anything done with the incredibly poor data quality. For that reason, if you are a data scientist, stay far away from this company unless you want everyday to be a constant headache.

      S Since the recent merger, the entire company has gone Downhill.All facets are now segmented and deplorable.They believe that anyone could do anyone's position. The new company CRES focuses on internal policies at the expense of client satisfaction and employee capabilities.
