Talk a lot Lots of meetings and events to make everyone feel important Good work life balance because there is nothing to do on most teams except useless work

Cons

Managers are of pathetic quality. Incompetent and lack leadership skills, only hired to talk a lot and say nice things about their US mgrs. They Block growth and play favourites, you will have zero opportunities to learn because your incompetent, insecure managers will not allow you to exceed their skill levels

None. It is a toxic environment with no care or help to employees.

Cons

No training. They give you about a week of “training” which is just reading policy to you word for word with no realtime explanation or practice and throw you in to the deep end expecting you to know it all. Big case load with no support.
