      Nice people, decent pay, interesting work

      Cons

      Constant pressure to come into office 3 days a week at the cost of good employees and being able to hire to replace those who leave for full time remote.

      The people were nice, good place for diversity and inclusion.

      Cons

      Old and slow. It not for everyone, training needs to get better. The technology always breaking down and barely relevant. Systems are slow. Sometimes you can’t even do your job. Poor pay.

      Pros

      This job pays extremely well, and the people are usually pretty nice. Benefits are good in terms of health and 401K.

      Cons

      High demand, high workload, and if you're like me, you won't find the job too satisfying because your workload is often so high you'll barely dent it most days. I often worked until 6:30PM everyday just to get myself in a good spot and naturally they killed my work/life balance. If you're very good at prioritizing tasks and organizing, you'll be okay, but you can be overwhelmed very quickly at this job
