Not Trusted

Pros

Benefits and retirement offers are decent

Cons

Employees are not trusted and have to account for every minute of every day. Employees spend more time counting items instead of processing. Went from a company that valued it's UW's to a company that lets the new processors (Phoenix based) act like they know better than the group that brings work into the offices

Pros

We were in a newly remodeled building. That is literally all the pros I could think of. Sorry not sorry.

Cons

Working on an old Dos claims system. They have an imaging system that's separate. When the new system rolls out they'll still have two different systems. The work load is ridiculous. The company focuses more on the client needs instead of the employee's needs. It's a salaried position but they expect you to work 60+ hours a week to keep the client happy. Starting salary is low.
