      Decent company to grow. High workload is to be expected but overall staff benefits & all are decent.

      Pros

      Good pace of work, freedom to pursue your own value add, understanding and friendly staff.

      Cons

      Insurance company first, technology company last. Focus on delivering features and a lot of money to hire contractors if business is unhappy about a deadline being pushed. Have to deal with a lot of patchwork solutions and very different levels of capability.
