Pros

Family places are a good place to work if you are young. The atmosphere is fun and not too uptight, besides when it comes to making sure the children leave with the correct adults.

Cons

Cleaning up after kids is the worst part of the job. The kids get EVERYTHING dirty, things you didn't think could even get dirty, those things get dirty when there are kids invovled.

The company provides a very fun work environment. Being around kids all day keeps the work day interesting and exciting

Cons

Pay and benefits weren't great. It's a very fast paced environment, so it may not be a good fit for someone who works slower
