Pros

So much to learn and get involved in. Full of passionate and friendly people. The company has great benefits and really look after their staff. I don’t think there is one person that can say that they didn’t enjoy working here.

Cons

Like every small company, growth or promotions can be limited. Having said this, HR had come out with a few ways to increase role responsibilities, salaries and/or promotions. I do see the company really working on this.
