      Colleagues are friendly and kindly on each from the sight of Japanese people. Colleagues have motivation to make innovative activities.

      Colleagues are trying to take a teamwork without any walls on each department, but there are some hurdles like each department has purposes and sometimes conflicts happened, because some departments are conservative to change their own customs.
