Good people and fun environment to work. Benefit package is okay

Compensation much lower than average so expect to be low balled. Very hard to move up depending on which umbrella you are under.

Great company but hard to move up

Pros

Friendly work environment, nice perks like 3 weeks vacation, personal and sick paid time off, company picnic every year.

Cons

Politics like any other company, seem to prefer Penn State graduates for new hires and promotions. Hard to move up unless you are one if the favored ones. Runs a lean staff and with budget cuts comes less room for advancement. Don't have flex hours or work from home opportunities.
