Pros

Employee development, challenge, empowerment when with the right manager, if you work hard and well - recognition is there. The company is growing steadily, which is reassuring in this market and location, and invest in infrastructure, equipment and people

Cons

Pay - poor Flexible working is non-existing No benefits in line with modern times Management can be very old fashioned

Pros

Free products Generally nice people to work with Good bonus and benefits
