They make good products The people I worked with directly were good people

Cons

Very low paying job ($16/hour, no vacation, poor benefits) Poor and unfair treatment and segregation of contract workers. I accepted a job here as a contractor after graduating college. The upper management segregated the contractors from the rest of the group a few months into the job. When they have town halls, contractors have to take the day off with no pay. We were not allowed to partake in office parties or anything that involved food, giveaways, or interaction with employees.

Opportunity to "wear a number of hats" to get the job done. So, you're exposed to a number of things, but it's difficult to know who to go to to get certain things accomplished. The company has some very strong brands.

Cons

- Non-existent training program - No established or poorly communicated workflow processes - Heavy workload - Very stressful environment - Below industry standard pay - Finger-pointing culture - Not enough people employed to handle the workload to perform at a high level
