Pros

Free stuff if your permanent employee.

Cons

Cheap and Dwight in Princeton treats there temps like garbage, especially in laundry. There is no structure there they let their permanent employees be pre modonnas. I know dealt with it in the Vitamin division. Plus they are nasty on how they storage their raw material for vitamin. It in a dirty warehouse non gmp and you pull sample in an non control environment. But they figure FDA does not regulate us who cares. And if you say something you will get yelled at. The syrup is poured in hallway where everyone walks and yet want to do consumer tasting with those DISGUSTING habits and practices. Cleaning is a joke cause at the end of the day the practice are so wrong what is purpose of cleaning.

Pros

Marketing department seems the best place to make a long term career. Not many pros for sales department. The level of appreciation and loyalty to sales people who perform well does not exist unless you are young, thin and good looking.

Cons

Used to be a long term career opportunity, but not anymore. Sales turnover rate is very high and management seems to like this, as there is always someone new to blame for incompetence.
